An infographic explaining the circular nature of the Smurfit Kappa cardboard.

Cardboard is a circular material made from cellulose. This cellulose is extracted from organic material and can be recycled up to seven times. After that fungi and bacteria break the residu down to compost that is used to cultivate new plants. A circular process. To ensure this process our FSC-cardboard is part of Smurfit Kappa’s Chain of Custody.
